She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment, and quickly got me out of pain. Her expertise and caring approach immediately put me at ease. I also want to give a huge thank you to Kyla at the front desk. She is truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. When I called in pain and feeling overwhelmed, she was compassionate, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me get in as soon as possible. From the first phone call to the moment I left, she treated me with kindness and genuine care. This team is top tier. I roll high anxiety and they make me feel safe, calm and they have cute toys to squeeze. I go in terrified and come out well cared for. And yeah, im a grown up lol.

Previously, I had visited another well-known dentist in Niagara Falls, but unfortunately that experience was very painful and uncomfortable. She was very professional, gentle, and caring, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time.
